Profile Founded in 2004, High Beam is an event planning and experiential marketing company with over 50 years of combined event experience. We've worked with dozens of clients on hundreds of events, ranging from intimate receptions to award ceremonies to live music concerts on top of parking garages. If you can dream it, we can do it!
High Beam's team is creative, organized, and driven to provide the best client service in the industry. Our team members all have that special skill set allowing them to visualize and design an event while at the same time keeping the smallest details in order. Simply put, we hire the best so we can provide you with the best.
We have a wide-ranging network of vendors and the purchasing power to make sure you always get the best prices, and we pass our industry discounts along to our clients. We prepare a comprehensive budget for your approval and manage that budget throughout the event process.

Pro Bono Work Each year the High Beam team provides pro bono planning services to one nonprofit group in the Austin area. We've worked with Red Hot & Soul (Zach Scott Theatre, 2005), HAAM Benefit Day (Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, 2006 and 2007), Austin Public Library Foundation (2008), and the Black & White Ball (Texas Advocacy Project, 2009 and 2010).
