High Beam’s biggest client is South by Southwest; we’ve been building their Official Day Party Program since 2005 and have produced more than 470 unique events for the conference – from brunches to BBQs to after-hours blowouts.

When a mortgage company wanted to entertain potential clients during a convention in Austin, they turned to High Beam to create a casino night complete with showgirls and an Elvis impersonator. For a publishing company we created tropical islands in a hotel ballroom. And for a world-renowned motivational speaker we provided custom cowboy hat fittings and sepia-toned guest photos on site. We’ve even built a branded skateboard ramp and served birthday cakes shaped like teapots.
